About JetX Financial Solutions

Company Overview

JetX Financial Solutions is a specialty aviation finance company focused exclusively on aircraft lending, leasing, and transaction advisory. We were founded by aviation industry professionals who saw a persistent gap in the market: qualified buyers and sound aircraft kept getting turned away by lenders who didn’t understand the asset, the operation, or the transaction.

We bridge that gap. Our team combines direct aviation operations experience with structured finance expertise, allowing us to evaluate and close transactions that traditional banks and generalist finance companies routinely pass on. We focus on pre-owned aircraft and work across the spectrum from single-aircraft operators to multi-aircraft fleet transactions.

Our current focus is the U.S. market, with deep experience in cross-border transactions and international regulatory requirements that position us for broader reach as client demand grows.

Why JetX

  • We know aircraft. Our team has hands-on experience in aviation operations, aircraft valuation, and transaction structuring — not just financial modeling.
  • We underwrite the deal, not just the borrower. Aircraft condition, maintenance status, market value, and operational use all factor into our decisions.
  • We move faster. Without layers of institutional bureaucracy, we can evaluate and structure a deal in days, not weeks.
  • We finance what others won’t. Older aircraft, smaller deals, non-standard borrowers, cross-border structures — if the collateral and the operation make sense, we find a way.
  • We work with your team, not around it. Brokers, attorneys, inspectors — we collaborate with everyone at the table to get to closing.
